Conquering Survivor Circle
You are not broken.
Maybe you’ve carried shame for things you did years ago. Maybe you’ve never understood why you reacted the way you did, and somewhere along the way you started believing you were not enough, or worse, that you were bad.
What if your reactions made sense? What if they were your mind and body doing exactly what they learned to do to keep you safe?
The Conquering Survivor Circle is a small, faith-centered coaching group for women who are ready to stop living as survivors and start living as conquerors. Together we’ll look at your story with understanding instead of judgment, learn why you responded the way you did, and practice the hard, freeing work of forgiving yourself.
How It Works
The Circle meets live by secure video, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Sessions are held for one hour on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm Eastern Time (US). [Check the time where you live.]
Over 12 months, we move through the six modules of the Conquering Survivor Method, spending two sessions on each one. The first session in a module introduces the concepts, and the month between gives you time to practice with your workbook and weekly action steps. The second session is for going deeper and sharing what you’ve discovered.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight. Meeting monthly gives you room to live what you’re learning between sessions, with a circle of women to come back to.
The group is limited to 10 women. That’s on purpose. A small circle means you’ll be seen, heard, and supported, not lost in a crowd.
What You'll Explore
Each module pairs a proven framework for understanding trauma with a scripture that anchors it in God’s truth.
- 1. Understanding Your Nervous System (Polyvagal Theory, Psalm 34:18): why your body reacts the way it does, and how to find calm again.
- 2. Releasing Shame (Attachment Neuroscience, Romans 8:1): how early relationships shaped your sense of worth, and why there is no condemnation for you.
- 3. Growing Through What You've Been Through (Post-Traumatic Growth, Ephesians 2:10): discovering the purpose and strength your story holds.
- 4. Guarding Your Heart (Boundaries and Family Systems, Proverbs 4:23): setting healthy boundaries without guilt.
- 5. Renewing Your Mind (Cognitive Reframing, Romans 12:2): recognizing the old messages and replacing them with truth.
- 6. Living as a Conqueror (Behavioral Activation, Romans 8:37): taking daily action toward the life God created you for.
