By accessing our website, downloading and using the Rise Trauma mobile application, purchasing our book (Conquering Survivor: Living as a Conqueror), or participating in our coaching programs and workshops (including the Building Your Dream Life series), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website, mobile application, or services.

  1. Scope of Services & Clinical Licensure
  • Therapeutic Services: Clinical therapy services are provided exclusively to individuals physically located in states where Deborah Ann Tome, L.C.S.W. holds active professional licensure:
    • State of Texas: LCSW License #11507
    • State of Florida: LCSW License #SW17465 Clinical therapy addresses mental health diagnoses, psychological treatment, and trauma recovery.
  • Life Coaching & Workshops: Life coaching, group programs, masterclasses, and workshops (such as the Building Your Dream Life intensive or 12-session online program) are non-clinical, educational, and accountability-focused services. Life coaching does not constitute medical advice, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment and is available globally without geographic state limitations.
  1. Emergency and Crisis Disclaimer

OUR WEBSITE, MOBILE APP, COACHING PROGRAMS, AND DIGITAL CONTENT ARE NOT FOR EMERGENCY OR CRISIS SITUATIONS.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe distress, thoughts of suicide, or self-harm, please immediately take action:

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, exercise materials, downloadable tools, and digital media available across our website, inside the Rise Trauma mobile app, within workshop packages (Dream Life Kit, DreamBuilder Kit), and in published books (Conquering Survivor) are the exclusive intellectual property of Deborah Ann Tome, L.C.S.W.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

  1. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy
  • Service Fees: Pricing for workshops (e.g., 3-Hour Intensive at $997; 12-Session Online Program at $2,195–$2,495), life coaching, and digital products is clearly stated prior to purchase.
  • Payment Plans: If you select an installment option, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until the full balance is satisfied.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Workshops & Coaching: Due to limited cohort sizes (e.g., small groups capped at 5 participants) and immediate access to proprietary digital assets, workshop and coaching registration fees are non-refundable once purchased or delivered.
    • Rise Trauma Mobile App: Subscriptions or in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective app store’s terms and refund policies.
  1. Mobile App Usage (Rise Trauma)

By installing or using the Rise Trauma mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you agree:

  • To use the app solely for self-guided personal growth and mental wellness support.
  • Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or disrupt app functionality or security protocols.
  • That the app’s digital tools serve as self-help resources and do not replace formal individual psychotherapy or clinical diagnosis.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deborah Ann Tome, L.C.S.W. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, or reliance on, information provided through our website, mobile application, books, workshops, or coaching services.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (or State of Florida), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
